LAN gaming event rules

The rules help everyone to be able to have a good time. Please treat other attendees with respect and try to have an enjoyable, safe time.

• By checking into an event you agree, if applicable, to abide by the Extreme LAN Inc. constitution.
• No running.
• No speakers or subwoofers. To prevent us all going deaf please use headphones only.
• No smoking indoors.
• No alcohol or narcotic substances.
• No weapons of any sort.
• No "party-poppers".
• You can and will be held responsible for your own actions.
• Do not touch anything that you do not own.
• You are provided one numbered power point.
• You are provided one numbered network point.
• Ensure you are plugged into the correctly numbered network and power point.
• Extreme LAN Inc. accepts no responsibility for your property or actions.
• You must sign in and pay at the front desk before entering the playing area.
• No network warfare (nuking, bruteforcing, etc) of any sort will be tolerated.
• You must not run any of your cables across an aisle or other unsafe location.
• No software you do not own.
• No illegal content, digital or analog.
• No pornographic material.
• We reserve the right to discontinue your network access and power at any time with or without reason.
• We reserve the right to eject you from the venue at any time with or without reason.
• Seat bookings will be forfeit if the seatbooking is not used before 12noon on the first day of the event, unless previously agreed to by the bookings admin (CapeHorn)
